Hello, my name is Darrell Browning. As a husband and father of three daughters, and our wonderful son-in-law Ramier, I am grateful for the love and support of my family. Raised as the youngest of six children in Mt. Clemens, MI, my upbringing instilled strong community and family values. It has been an honor to be married to my beautiful wife Yolanda for over 26 years and to watch our daughters, Shamari, Darianna, and Kaelyn, develop into remarkable young women. God and family are the foundation of everything I do, and I am thankful for the love and support they provide.
I am an extrovert with a passion for serving and coaching others unconditionally, while providing a safe and nonjudgmental environment. My ultimate goal is to help my clients reach their full potential. If you are looking for a life and relationship coach who can assist you in achieving your goals and improving your mental wellbeing, I am here to help. With over 10 years of experience in corporate coaching and mentoring, and a successful 26-year marriage, I have supported individuals in both their personal and professional growth.
My approach focuses on providing the necessary tools and information using principles from biblical teachings, neuroscience, and psychology to enhance Safety, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Employee Engagement, and Employee Retention. By prioritizing mental health and emotional wellbeing, we can achieve personal and business growth. As a life coach, it is essential for me to employ skills that assist my clients in reaching their goals. Three key skills that aid me in this endeavor are active listening, powerful questioning, and goal setting. Active listening allows me to understand my clients’ perspectives, challenges, and aspirations without judgment. Powerful questioning encourages clients to reflect, gain insights, and explore new possibilities. Goal setting and action planning help clients break down their goals into manageable steps, stay motivated, and achieve success.
Next to God, family is the foundation of our lives, and there's nothing quite like traveling together and making memories. Not only does it allow us to strengthen our relationships, but it also exposes us to the world and all its wonders. Meeting people from all walks of life has expanded our network and increased our ability to love unconditionally, while valuing our cultural differences. It's amazing how much we can learn and grow through these experiences. Please enjoy a few family photos below:
