Hello, my name is Darrell Browning, and as a proud husband and father of three amazing daughters, I'm grateful for the love and support of my family. Being the youngest of six children and raised in Mt. Clemens, MI, my upbringing instilled a strong sense of community and family values. It's been an honor being married to my beautiful wife Yolanda for over 25 years and watching our daughters, Shamari, Darianna, and Kaelyn, grow into remarkable young women. God and family is the foundation of everything I do, and I'm grateful for the love and support they provide. #relationshipwithGod #familyvalues #grateful

If you're looking for a life and relationship coach who can help you achieve your goals and improve your mental wellbeing, look no further! With over 10 years of experience in corporate coaching and mentoring, and over 25 years in a successful marriage relationship, I have helped individuals grow and succeed in both their personal and professional lives.

Our approach focuses on providing the necessary tools and information, using biblical, neuroscience, and psychology principles to help you and your company improve in Safety, DE&I, Employee Engagement, and Retention. By prioritizing mental health and emotional wellbeing, we can achieve personal and business growth.

As a life coach, it's essential for me to have a toolkit that will help my clients achieve their goals. Three key skills that have helped me accomplish this are active listening, powerful questioning, and goal setting. Active listening helps me understand my clients' perspectives, challenges, and aspirations without judgment. Powerful questioning prompts my clients to reflect, gain insights, and explore new possibilities. Goal setting and action planning help clients break down their goals into manageable steps, stay motivated, and achieve success.

As previously mentioned, next to God, family is the foundation of our lives, and there's nothing quite like traveling together and making memories. Not only does it allow us to strengthen our relationships, but it also exposes us to the world and all its wonders. Meeting people from all walks of life has expanded our network and increased our ability to love unconditionally, while valuing our cultural differences. It's amazing how much we can learn and grow through these experiences.
